On Sunday we took a group of five youths with disabilities to the local swimming pool. The majority of the kids had never been swimming before. In Victoria through our work with RIV, both Sean and I took a group of kids to the Gordon Head Rec Centre for swimming weekly.
It was nice to be able to utilize our skills in the pool with the kids here, and things seemed to flow quite naturally.
Recreational centres are not as accessible in Khanty-Mansiysk and fairly expensive, so thanks to the generous donations to Integration Through Recration, we were able to pay for the admissions for all of the children.
We're sure that from the pictures posted, you can see that the kids had a fun and memorable time!

wow Congratulatios Robien and Sean!!! You guys must feel so proud to finally be able to be there making a difference in the life of each of those kids!!!
Also take advantage of this opportunity as Im sure its going to teach you tons of lesson!
